Outages can attract fake “compensation” and “restore your service” scams. Our latest source checks are delayed. Check your provider directly for current service status.
Confirmed means an active major/critical incident from the vendor's status feed. Reported means corroborated news evidence that is not vendor-confirmed. Any accompanying safety article publishes only after automated source and quality checks pass.
