How continuing protection works
Watchlists follow selected brands, scam categories, and regions in published incident sources. They do not monitor your inbox or every message you receive. No service can find every incident.
Relevant incidents are checked every 15 minutes, and delivery runs every 5 minutes. Alerts require saved alert settings; email or registered mobile push delivery also depends on provider availability, your severity settings, and quiet hours. Delivery is not instantaneous.
Personalised briefs cover the previous Monday-to-Monday UTC week. Preparation starts on Monday, and missed briefs are retried during the week. Saved follow-up dates appear in your action centre and relevant briefs. A follow-up date does not currently send a scheduled reminder notification.
Family includes six private accounts on the website and supported iOS release. The current Android app’s family-management limit has not been verified; use the website to manage all five invited members. Mobile app releases can offer different controls from the website.
Billing you can verify
Prices are in Australian dollars. Subscriptions renew for the cadence shown until cancelled with the provider that billed you. Trials apply only when shown by the checkout provider. Family has no advertised trial.
Web purchases are billed by Stripe. App purchases are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Provider charges are managed separately.
